At Sinemas, we pride ourselves on providing bespoke, luxury cinema rooms and Sinemas WALLS tailored to your specific needs. Our payment terms are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient process, allowing us to deliver exceptional quality and service. Here’s a detailed explanation of our payment structure and the rationale behind it.

Advanced Design Fee

For clients requiring an advanced design, we charge a £3,000 fee. This fee demonstrates your commitment to the project and covers the initial design work. The good news is that this amount is deducted from your final invoice if you decide to proceed with the project.

Payment Structure Upon Job Acceptance

Immediate Start

• 90% Upfront Payment: To initiate the project immediately, we require a 90% upfront payment. This allows us to allocate resources, procure materials, and begin work on your bespoke cinema room or Sinemas WALLS without delay.

• 10% on Completion: The remaining 10% is payable upon project completion, ensuring that any final adjustments and quality checks meet your expectations.

Deferred Completion (More Than 10 Weeks)

• 30% Deposit: If there is more than a 10-week gap between accepting the quote and the target completion date, we request a 30% deposit to secure your project in our schedule.

• 60% 10 Weeks Before Completion: An additional 60% is due 10 weeks before the project's target completion date. This allows us to prepare and order the necessary bespoke materials, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• 10% on Completion: As with immediate starts, the final 10% is due upon project completion.
