At Sinemas, we believe that creating your dream cinema room starts with a thorough understanding of your vision and preferences. Our discovery and design stages are crafted to ensure we capture every detail, delivering a bespoke and luxurious experience.

Discovery Stage: Explore and Inspire

  • Visit Our Showroom: We highly recommend visiting our showroom, where you can experience our range of products, media rooms, and cinema setups first-hand. This visit will inspire you and give you a clear idea of the possibilities for your own space.

  • Initial Consultation: During your showroom visit, or through a virtual meeting, we’ll discuss your ideas, how you plan to use the space, the number of people it will accommodate, and your desired finishes.

Design Meeting: Plan and Personalize

  • Schedule a Design Meeting: Arrange a free design meeting at our showroom or via Zoom, easily bookable online. This session allows us to delve deeper into your design ideas and preferences.

  • Detailed Discussion: We'll go through all aspects of your cinema room, including layout, finishes, seating arrangements, and technological integrations. This is also the stage where we discuss your budget.

  • Preliminary Pricing: For simpler rooms composed of our existing products, we can provide a price estimate immediately. For more detailed spaces and dedicated cinemas, we move to Stage 2 design.​​

Stage 2: Design

Comprehensive Planning for Your Dream Cinema Room

Our Stage 2 Design service is designed for clients who desire a more complex and bespoke cinema room. This stage provides a detailed and immersive plan, ensuring every aspect of your dream cinema is meticulously designed and specified. Here’s what you can expect:

Full Renderings of the Space:

  • High-quality 3D visualisations of your cinema room, providing a realistic preview of the final design.

  • Virtual Reality (VR) walkthroughs, allowing you to explore and experience your space before construction begins.

Lighting Design:

  • Comprehensive lighting design that includes ambient, task, and accent lighting to create the perfect atmosphere.

  • Detailed specifications for fixtures and control systems to enhance the cinematic experience.

Detailed Pricing and Specification:

  • A thorough breakdown of costs, covering all materials, finishes, and equipment.

  • Transparent and itemised pricing to ensure you understand where your investment is going.

Our Stage 2 Design service ensures every detail of your cinema room is planned to perfection. The £3,000 inc VAT fee for this service, will be deducted from your final project invoice, making it a valuable investment in achieving your ultimate cinema experience.

Stage 3: Finalisation

Perfecting Your Dream Cinema Room

 

The finalisation stage is where your bespoke cinema room comes together with precision and care. At Sinemas, we ensure every detail is perfected, delivering a seamless and luxurious space. Here's how we do it:

Detailed Specification and Costing:

  • Based on the advanced design, we provide a detailed specification that outlines all materials, finishes, and equipment.

  • A comprehensive breakdown of costs and a clear payment schedule are provided, ensuring complete transparency.

Detailed Project Plan:

  • We create a comprehensive plan outlining every step of the installation process, with a clear timeline and assigned responsibilities.

​​

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Our project managers coordinate with all trades and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and installation of materials and equipment.

Pre-Installation Meeting:

  • We conduct a meeting to review the project plan, confirm details, and address any last-minute questions. This meeting can be held at our showroom, over Zoom, or at your home.

  • ​

The finalisation stage is the culmination of our dedication to excellence and your vision, ensuring every detail is perfect for your ultimate cinema experience.

Stage 4: Build, Install and Enjoy!

This is where your bespoke cinema room transitions from a detailed plan to a luxurious reality. At Sinemas, we ensure every step is executed flawlessly to deliver an unparalleled home entertainment experience. Here’s how we make it happen:

Offsite Product Building:

  • Custom Fabrication: Our skilled craftsmen begin by constructing bespoke elements such as cabinetry, seating, and Sinemas panels in our workshop. Each piece is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and luxury.

  • Quality Control: Every custom-built component undergoes rigorous quality checks before being transported to your home, ensuring they meet our exacting specifications.

Stage One Onsite Build:

  • Empty Room: One of your only jobs on the project plan (along with payments) is to give us an empty room prior to our start day. 

  • Structural Modifications: We carry out any structural changes that have been agreed, such as framing, stage build and wiring.

  • ​Plastering and Treatments: Agreed insulation or treatments installed and plastering completed.

Installation:

  • Unique Framing System: We install our unique framing system, designed to support all custom panels and built-in joinery.

  • Custom Panels and Joinery: Our team fits custom panels, built-in joinery, bars, and other bespoke elements, ensuring perfect alignment and integration.

  • Audio-Visual Equipment: We install all speakers, the screen, and the head-end audio-visual equipment, ensuring optimal placement for the best performance.

  • Smart Home Integration: We integrate smart home systems, allowing you to control lighting, climate, and audio-visual equipment with ease.

Final Touches:

  • Loose Furniture and Seating: The final items brought in are any loose furniture and seating, completing the luxurious setup of your cinema room.

  • Calibration and Testing: Our technicians meticulously calibrate all audio-visual and lighting systems to ensure they operate at peak performance. This includes adjusting sound levels, picture quality, and lighting settings to match your preferences.

Client Walkthrough:

  • Detailed Demonstration: We conduct a walkthrough with you, demonstrating how to use and control all features of your new cinema room. This includes tutorials on operating the audio-visual systems, smart home integrations, and lighting controls.

  • Feedback and Adjustments: We address any questions or concerns you may have and make any final adjustments to ensure everything is perfect.
